Pick up at hotel at 8:00, this morning we set off for a drive through the Mekong Delta to the town of Cai Be, well-known for its floating market. Here we will board our private boat for a cruise along the maze of waterways and canals to Vinh Long. We will stop at the home of a Bonsai gardener for a sumptuous Delta lunch, including the popular dish of 'Elephant ear fish', before continuing our exploration of the tributaries and canals of the delta. Drive to Cantho for overnight

| Day 2: Can Tho – Thot Not – Chau Doc (B, L) |

Breakfast at hotel. Boat trip on Rach Ngong river and visit fruit orchard and Cai Rang floating market. Lunch at local restaurant. Orient tour in town visit to the Kh’mer temple Continue to Chau Doc on the route visits to the Bang Lang bird sanctuary. Dinner and accommodation at hotel

Breakfast at hotel. Cruise on the Mekong river to visit the boat trip to Islamic Champa Village and fishing breeding houses on the Mekong River. Visit Sam Mountain, Lady Xu Temple, Thoai Ngoc Hau Temple, Tay An Pagoda. Depart Chau Doc to Ho Chi Minh City. Lunch at local restaurant in Chaudoc. Depart Chau Doc to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner and accommodation at hotel.
