He travelled to Paris and Monte Carlo on behalf of Victoria Hotels & Resorts for a Vietnamese cuisine promotion in 2005. Chef Quang has 20 years experience in 5 star hotels and the top restaurants in Vietnam. He specialises in unique cuisines from all regions of Vietnam.

 

BASSAC RESTAURANT
The Bassac Restaurant sits right on the banks of the Bassac River with its magical view, particularly during the early morning sunrise. From just before the sunrise until an hour later, the early rays change the colours of the landscape every minute; the floating markets are in full action and in the distance the sky & water merge perfectly. Specialties include European and Vietnamese cuisine and barbecues on its riverbank terrace.
 
TAN CHAU SALON BAR
The Tan Chau Salon bar offers fresh drinks, cocktails and Western and Asian snacks, the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing in Chau Doc. The bar also offers service to the swimming pool area.
