Day 1: Hanoi arrival- Lao Cai
On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to our company to leave your luggage. Ha Noi, Vietnam's capital, is a stylish and gracious city that retains an unique old world charm and some Asia's most striking colonial architecture. (If time permits) we enjoy a short cyclo ride around the old quarter streets, giving you a chance to explore the different local ways of life. Until 8: 00pm our tour guide will escort your Hanoi Raiway Station to catch night train to Lao Cai. Stay overnight on train

Day 2: Lao Cai- Sapa- Cat Cat (B, L)
The train arrives in Lao Cai at around 5.00 am. Meet and transfer to Sapa (38km), the former hill station discovered by the French at height of 1.600 m above sea level Check-in hotel to relax at leisure. In the afternoon, soft trek to Cat Cat village inhabited by Black H'mong ethnics, enjoy the nice landscapes of green forests and mountain and fresh atmosphere here. Back to Sapa by jeep. Day 3: Cat Cat- Y Linh Ho- Lao Chai- Ta Van (B, L, D)
After having breakfast, start trekking uphill to Y Linh Ho and Muong Hoa Valley through rice paddies and small hamlets to study life of hill tribes here. Communication exchange with local people in Lao Chai village. After having picnic lunch carried by the tour guide, continuing trekking through villages and rice terraced fields to Ta Van village settled by Dzay ethnic minorities. Enjoy 1 night homestay with a local family and delicious food cooked by the tour guide. Trekking distance: 15km Stay overnight with local family in the village

Day 4: Ta Van- Giang Ta Chai- Lao Cai- Hanoi (B, L, D)
Waking up early morning to enjoy cool mountain air and bird singing. Trekking uphill to many terraced paddies and through bamboo forest, going down to Giang Ta Chai village of Red Dzao people. After a short village tours, coming back to the main road where jeep awaiting you to transfer back to Sapa. At 16.00, Transfer to Lao Cai railway station, having dinner at 18: 00 at the Restaurant in Lao cai before to catch night train back to Hanoi. Trekking distance: 5km Stay overnight on train

Day 5: Hanoi- Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Depart from the hotel at 08: 30 by van 16 seat to Halong. Enjoy a 20 minute refreshment stop on the way. Transfer to the Dragon's Pearl on arrival and enjoy a welcome drink and lunch of splendid local seafood. Then begin a 4 hour cruise of the bay to see the amazing limestone karsts with different real-world formations like: Lion, Tea Pot, Toad, Dau Nguoi (Human Head) islets, and then visit Sung Sot (the Amazing cave). There is a stopover for a walk through this "Amazing Cave". There is ample time for swimming and sunbathing (weather permitting), as the Dragon's Pearl anchors for a night in the Bay. Enjoy a wonderful sunset dinner in the beautiful restaurant before retiring for the night to the comfort of your cabin. Stay overnight on boat

Day 6: Halong- Hanoi ( B, L)
Early risers can enjoy an energizing swim in the cool, calm, quiet of the overnight anchorage. A Buffet brunch is served from 07: 30 to 09: 30. The cruise to continues, passing more interesting formations such as Titot and Soi Sim Beaches, Ngon Tay (Finger) islet, Thien Nga (Swan) islet and Ga Choi (Fighting Cocks) islet on the return to Halong City. Then disembark at Halong Tourist Wharf for the return Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at around 16: 00pm. Stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi
